Our Referral Process

We encourage anyone in our school community who encounters a family or student struggling with the risk of becoming homeless or currently experiencing homelessness to contact Project HOME at (913) 993.8675 .

We will set up an appointment between the family and our service providers to assess the family’s immediate needs. Our providers work closely with each family to develop a plan for success. The goal is to remove current barriers enabling families to develop future self-sufficiency.

Case management is provided when necessary to guarantee all involved are meeting their commitments.

Snacks and a warm welcome are always offered to families visiting Project HOME.
